How we handle information you share with us.
When you send an inquiry
The contact form collects your name, email, practice name, service preferences and message, plus any optional phone number or website you provide. Submitted inquiries are emailed to Collin Matheny’s business inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. We use these details to respond and discuss the services you request.
Please do not include patient names, treatment records or other patient information.
Package selections
The package calculator runs in your browser. Your choices can prefill the contact form, but using the calculator does not send an inquiry. An inquiry is submitted when you choose “Send your inquiry.”
The optional practice application
If you choose the guided practice growth application, its forms and booking services are handled through GoHighLevel. Information you enter there is processed through that application and its service providers. You can use the contact form on this website without completing that application.
Private project briefs
Project intake links may collect business contact details, role requirements, campaign preferences and asset links. Submitted briefs are sent directly to Collin’s business inbox through Resend for the requested project. These links use server-checked link access, so anyone who receives the full link can open the form. They do not provide identity-authenticated accounts or public access to submitted responses.
Do not include candidate resumes, sensitive applicant information, patient information or account passwords in a project brief.
Website and delivery services
This website does not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Hosting and email delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and service logs to operate, secure and deliver the service.
External links and email
Other linked websites have their own data handling policies. Direct email links open your email application; nothing is sent until you choose to send the message.
